The Roundup Ready® Xtend Crop System for soybean includes Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans with both dicamba and glyphosate herbicide tolerance. XtendFlex® soybeans have triple-stacked herbicide tolerance to dicamba, glyphosate and glufosinate. XtendFlex® Soybeans, as part of the Roundup Ready® Xtend Crop System, controls more than 335 weeds.* XtendFlex® Soybeans have proven performance and are built on high-yielding Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® Technology , and advanced agronomic characteristics that help withstand adverse growing conditions. An overview of the complete Roundup Ready Xtend® Crop System is available by clicking here.
*Based on approved EPA herbicide labels for the herbicides recommended for use in each system as of January 2021.
The benefits of the Roundup Ready® Xtend Crop System include the ability to control problematic glyphosate-resistant broadleaf weeds, such as Palmer amaranth, waterhemp, and marestail, along with other broadleaf weeds, using XtendiMax® herbicide with VaporGrip® Technology (a restricted use pesticide). In addition, XtendiMax® herbicide with VaporGrip® Technology provides up to 14 days of soil activity on certain broadleaf weeds including Palmer amaranth, waterhemp, and marestail.** The flexibility of application before, at, and after planting is also a benefit in unpredictable weather conditions.
To minimize herbicide resistance and give crops a competitive advantage over tough-to-control weeds, taking the long-term approach with effective herbicide management is the best strategy. The Roundup Ready® Xtend Crop System allows flexibility of tank mix partners to utilize products with multiple modes of action. Please visit www.xtendimaxapplicationrequirements.com for approved tank-mix partners and nozzles. To better understand the mandatory training requirements, click on the following mandatory training link. The EPA label for XtendiMax® herbicide with VaporGrip® Technology requires that certified applicators complete mandatory training prior to applying the product. See links below for further information about training and application requirements.
**Results may vary, depending on rainfall and soil type. Always use dicamba with traditional residual herbicides in pre-emergence and postemergence applications that have different, effective sites of action, along with other Diversified Weed Management Practices.

To comply with the label and ensure a successful application, register for a dicamba training event in your state. You can find more about dicamba application requirements and in-person training sessions online along with the extensive research trials by clicking here.
Recordkeeping - Certified applicators MUST fill out records generated as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours after application and keep them for a period of 2 years. Recordkeeping forms can be found by clicking here.
Applicators are required to consult www.xtendimaxapplicationrequirements.com before application for a complete list of nozzles, volatility reduction adjuvants (VRA), drift reduction adjuvants (DRA), and other herbicides, pesticides, and additives approved for use with XtendiMax with VaporGrip Technology. All applications of XtendiMax® Herbicide with VaporGrip® Technology, a restricted use pesticide, now require the inclusion of a volatility reduction adjuvant (VRA), such as a VaporGrip® Xtra Agent product or an approved VRA equivalent, in the tank mix. Additionally, to optimize the spray pattern and herbicide delivery within the recommended parameters, applicators need to follow the proper order of mixing herbicides and additives and use proper ground speed, adequate spray pressure, adequate gallons per acre (GPA) delivery, and correct boom height.
